Sanaz Mostafazadeh

After completing her bachelor’s degree in French literature, Sanaz Mostafazadeh joined the Tehran Astronomy Club due to his great interest in the night sky and became the executive director of the amateur branch of the Iranian Astronomical Society immediately. She played an executive role in all the activities such as observation competitions and astronomy promotional programs for public of this association. After that for about 2 years, she collaborated with the oldest astronomical monthly issue of Iran, Nojum Magazine, as the editorial staff and collaborated with several radio and television programs. Sanaz interest in promoting science and education it led him to collaborate with the night sky Institute, one of the most known astronomical institutes of Iran. She worked for more than 8 years in this institute as the director of education and managed active astronomical and observation groups.
At the same time, she worked as executive manager of Aseman nama issue. She has also been active in World Night Workshops, which is an international astrophotography project held more than 10 workshops since 2009.Due to her interest in travel, especially ecotourism, she participated in the course of tourism guides of the Cultural Heritage Organization and became a tour guide focus on geotourism.

 

Because of needs to holding practical workshop and his interest in nature, he has organized several tours in the field of astronomy and nature tourism in recent years. At the same time, she started wildlife photography, especially photography of birds. She had some trips such as traveling to Kenya, Madagascar, Nepal, Japan and to get acquainted with the nature, culture and life of the tribes and indigenous peoples of these countries.

Her collaboration with Taha dates back to 2014 and has been continuous until now. Education, promotion of science and introduction and protection of the environment is one of her major goals.
